Text messages are sent by Switch On Appliance Repair LLC ("Switch On Repair") from (720) 330-3635. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

What we text you about

Our texts are about your service with us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. You may receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders, and changes to your appointment
• "On my way" updates when your technician is heading to you
• Estimates, invoices and secure payment links for your repair
• Replies to questions you send us, and follow-ups about parts and repair status

How you sign up

You choose to receive texts in one of these ways:

• By checking the text-message box when you book a repair on our website. The box is never pre-checked.
• By asking us to text you when you call us or book in person, or by texting us first at (720) 330-3635.

How often

Message frequency varies with your service, typically a few messages per appointment.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy
